Good equipment should remove friction, protect client information and help you arrive prepared. It cannot replace prospecting, follow-up, market knowledge or professional judgment.
My honest recommendation: most new agents should buy Package 1, work for 60–90 days, and upgrade only when a repeated task justifies the expense. Package 3 is not a requirement for becoming a successful realtor. This is the true must-have layer: power, measurement, documentation, clean showings and a few small tools that prevent avoidable problems. Add these five items after the core kit when you regularly measure rooms, film useful content or handle larger photo and document libraries.
